Giovanni has gained a large experience in the fashion and luxury goods market; he assists the customers in the intellectual property and new technologies field encompassing all the IP lifecycle, offering advice and assistance from the rise of the business idea (i.e. a new design, a new invention, a new algorithm, etc.) to its registration, protection, negotiation of its licence agreements, including also support for companies on the European and international markets (Made in Italy, preferential origin for the goods, assistance before the Custom Offices for exporting and importing goods) and litigation before the Specialized Section in Business of the Italian Courts.
